The Firm was founded in 1994 by Peter L. Howell who was previously a Senior Vice President of the International Advisory Division for Lehman Brothers International. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Mr. Howell was a Vice President of The Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. in New York. Mr. Howell is a graduate of Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service.
